Zac has built a distinguished career in the construction industry since 2005. He began with building custom log homes while earning his Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Manufacturing, and Technology Management.  Known for his integrity, expertise, and strategic vision, Zac provides the strong leadership necessary to drive the company’s continued growth and success.

Ben Edwards

Vice President

Ben has been immersed in construction since childhood with a long history of a family owned construction company.  His in-depth background, expertise, leadership, and vision make him an important assest to the senior leadership team. He is also the reciepient of the Builder of the Year Award (BAM).

Dan Fillibrandt

Sr. Project Manager

Daniel leads our design team with over 20 years of architectural experience. He has a background in architectural drafting and utilizes his knowledge of construction processes and design techniques to provide top-of-the-line design solutions.

Cameron Persons

Lead Architect

Cameron is a vital part of our design team. As a young Architect, he brings a fresh outlook on design. Cameron completed his Master of Architecture degree at NDSU in the spring of 2024, shortly after earning his architectural license in February 2026. 

Beau Geisler

Sr. Project Manager/Estimator

Beau has been part of the construction industry working for his father building custom homes, having been immersed in it from childhood. His hands-on experience, strong leadership skills, and integrity are essential attributes that support his ability to lead and manage projects from start to finish.

Andy Chandler

Project Manager/Estimator

With extensive expertise in concrete and commercial construction, Andy is our trusted concrete specialist and Project Manager/Estimator. His deep knowledge and proven leadership have been essential in guiding our concrete field crews, expanding our client base, and consistently delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Mike Block

Project Manager

Mike brings a strong foundation in manufacturing technology and project management to his role. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design Technology and a PM Certification from the University of Minnesota. With proven expertise in project leadership, Mike has a history of building trusted client relationships while managing field teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards of quality.

Kelly Picht

Office Administrator

Kelly joined the HAWK team in 2019 where she oversees all billing, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and day-to-day administrative functions. Her proactive approach ensure that our teams can focus on building excellence while the behind-the-scenes operations stay in check.

Nate Hofer

Assistant Project Manager

Nate earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Hamline University in St. Paul and built a strong foundation in finance through several roles in the Twin Cities area.  In 2021, Nate returned to the Grand Rapids area and joined the HAWK team as Assistant Project Manager. Since then, he has played a key role in maintaining project administration.​
